Rheumatic Pain

The goal is mobility and comfort — reducing stiffness and flare frequency while keeping you active and independent.

Symptoms
Morning stiffness lasting over 30 minutes
Swelling or warmth in joints
Pain that worsens in cold or damp weather
Reduced grip or difficulty climbing stairs
Symmetrical joint involvement
Who gets it
Osteoarthritis is common after 50; inflammatory types can begin much earlier. Family history and previous joint injury both matter.

Common questions

Will I need blood tests?
Often yes — RA factor, CRP and ESR help distinguish types. Bring recent reports.
Is exercise safe?
Gentle, regular movement is part of the plan. Specific guidance is given per joint.
How soon does pain reduce?
Many patients report change in 4–8 weeks. Existing structural damage is not reversed.
