Who gets it
Couples of any age. Both partners are assessed — around half of cases involve a male factor, so both histories matter.
Common questions
What reports should we bring?
Semen analysis, hormonal profile, ultrasound and any HSG or specialist notes.
Does this replace IVF or IUI?
No. Where assisted reproduction is indicated, you will be told so plainly and referred.
How long is a course?
Usually reviewed over three to six cycles, with honest reassessment at each stage.
